"A Life-Changing Weight Loss Program"

An innovative weight-loss program focusing on exercise & nutritional counseling. Participants will meet with a fitness trainer once per week for 8 weeks. Each class will consist of 30 minutes of basic exercise and 30 minutes of nutritional lessons, which includes a grocery shopping trip.

 

After completing the program, each participant will be fully educated on how and why to make better food choices and incorporate exercise into their daily routine. This is a goal oriented weight-loss program that is based around your schedule.
